Content Policy

This policy covers everything you upload, every prompt you write and every model you generate on AI 3D Gen Online. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited content

Do not upload, prompt for or generate:

• illegal content of any kind;
• sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance for it and report it to the authorities;
• non-consensual intimate content;
• content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, or that uses a real person’s likeness, without the rights to do so;
• hate speech or harassment;
• violent extremism;
• instructions for manufacturing weapons;
• malware or other harmful code;
• content that impersonates another person or organization.

Your responsibility

Only upload images you own or have the rights to use. You are responsible for how you use the models you generate. Generated models are made by AI; label or disclose them as AI-generated where the law requires it.

Moderation

Uploaded images are screened automatically on the live site. We may block uploads or generations, remove content and refuse service when content breaks this policy.

Reporting content

Email [email protected] with the subject “Content report”. Include the link to the model or job, or a description of it, and the reason for your report. If you own the intellectual property concerned, include proof of your rights.

We acknowledge reports within 2 business days, review them and take action. Action can include removing content, warning the user, or suspending or terminating the account; accounts of repeat infringers are terminated. Where appropriate, we tell the reporter the outcome. If we act on your content, you can appeal by replying to our message.
